1.About these terms
This platform runs the summits of the ICSA, International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA): the public summit pages, applications, delegate badges, agendas and B2B meeting requests. By applying to a summit, signing in or using the platform you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
2.Applying and your place
- Applying does not guarantee a place. The ICSA team reviews every application and confirms places by email. ICSA may decline an application, for example when a summit is full or the audience does not fit.
- Give accurate details about yourself and your organisation. Your badge shows your name, title and organisation as you gave them.
- Your place is personal. Please tell us if you cannot come, so we can offer it to someone else.
3.Your badge and account
- Your badge (on your phone or as a screenshot) and your personal badge link are for you only. Do not share them: anyone holding the link can show your badge.
- You sign in with a code or link sent to your email. Keep access to your email private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Bring a photo ID to the summit. The door team may check that it matches your badge.
4.B2B meetings
- Confirmed delegates can ask to meet sponsors and exhibitors. Requests are not guaranteed: the ICSA team arranges times and tables where both sides are available.
- When you request a meeting, ICSA shares your name, title and organisation with that company for the meeting.
- Use contacts you make at a summit for business that relates to it. Do not send bulk unsolicited messages or pass other people’s details on without their permission.
5.Using the platform well
- Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, or copy it with automated tools.
- Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.
- Speakers and sponsors confirm they may share the bios, photos and logos they send us, and allow ICSA to show them on the summit pages.
6.Tickets, sponsorship and payments
Delegate places, speaking, sponsorship and exhibition are confirmed by the ICSA team. Prices, payment and refund terms are set out in your confirmation or contract from ICSA, and those terms apply.
7.The service
- We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change, especially around summit days.
- Agendas, speakers, rooms and times may change. The summit pages always show the latest version.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8.Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, ICSA is not liable for indirect losses, or for agreements made between people who meet through a summit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
9.Suspending access
ICSA may cancel a registration or suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. You can ask us to close your account and delete your details at any time by emailing info@icsa.example, as described in the privacy notice.
10.Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Effective 10 October 2026.
